We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Contractor to support our high-volume frontline hiring across our restaurant operations in the UAE. This is a hands-on recruitment role focused on sourcing, screening, coordinating, and hiring operational talent while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high volume of frontline F&B positions across Kitopi's restaurant operations. Source and attract top culinary and front-of-house talent through multiple recruitment channels. Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, cultural fit and operational readiness. Coordinate interviews, trade tests and hiring events with hiring managers. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support ongoing and future hiring needs. Partner with Operations to ensure hiring targets and timelines are achieved. Drive an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders. What Are We Looking For? Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa. Must be available for a three-month contractual assignment. 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a strong background in high-volume F&B or hospitality recruitment. Proven experience hiring culinary and restaurant operations talent Strong experience hiring chefs and kitchen teams. Familiarity with F&B roles Experience recruiting front-of-house roles such as Restaurant Managers, Supervisors, Waiters, Cashiers and Baristas. Strong sourcing, screening and interviewing skills. Good understanding of the UAE F&B talent market. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
