I need a <strong>sharp, independent thinker</strong> with natural charisma, and the drive to hunt down top talent while delivering a genuinely top-tier candidate experience.</p><p>You’ll work side-by-side with me, bounce ideas around, source niche talent, screen candidates, and build long-term trust with industry pros. If you're proactive, think outside the box, and value real relationships over vanity metrics, this is for you.</p><h4><strong>What You’ll Actually Do:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Find exceptional talent using creative sourcing tactics (niche communities, market mapping, social channels, not just standard LinkedIn).</p></li><li><p>Treat every candidate with respect, prompt feedback, and clear communication. Make our brand the one they actually enjoy talking to and recommend to others.</p></li><li><p>Conduct initial candidate screens, assessing mindset, cultural fit, and true skill level beyond what's written on paper <em>(initially across junior/mid-level profiles)</em>.</p></li><li><p>Nurture authentic connections with passive talent so we stay top-of-mind when the right move comes along.</p></li><li><p>Partner with me on role briefs, candidate pitch angles, and sourcing hacks that actually work.</p></li></ul><h4><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>You understand the iGaming/Web3 industry, the key brands, the key roles (affiliates, product, commercial, tech), and how people move in this space.</p></li><li><p>You’re empathetic, respectful, and know that a great candidate experience is our best marketing.</p></li><li><p>You don’t need step-by-step instructions. When you hit a roadblock, you pivot, test a new angle, and figure it out.</p></li><li><p>You know how to craft outreach messages that feel human, compelling, and genuinely interesting.</p></li><li><p>Fluent English (spoken and written), articulate, and confident on calls.
