Requirements to apply:

  • A bachelor's degree in your relevant subject area (mandatory)
  • A valid teaching qualification
  • Minimum of two years of teaching experience
  • A high command of written and spoken English
  • Up to date with the modern teaching pedagogy
  • Competent in using technology in the classroom
  • Have excellent behaviour management skills
  • Able to adapt to a new teaching culture

  • The charter schools are looking for teachers in the following areas:

  • Middle and high school Mathematics teachers
  • Middle and high school English teachers
  • Middle and high school Chemistry teachers
  • Middle and high scores Physics teachers
  • Middle and high school Biology teachers
  • Middle and high school general Science teachers
  • Salary Package:

  • A TAX-FREE salary from 12,000 AED to 15,000 AED per month based on qualification and years of experience
  • FREE housing or housing allowance provided
  • FREE Medical insurance for teachers and persons up to three children 
  • FREE visa for teachers, spouses and up to three children
  • free medical insurance for teacher, spouse and up to three children

To work in a charter school you would need to be a very flexible teacher, hard-working and resilient as many changes take place daily as the school transitions from a local curriculum to an international one. If you already have teaching experience in the ADEK or MOE system or any government system in the GCC region it will be beneficial for you.


    All candidates will require a clean police cheque and outstanding references to apply.
