Team Leader (Global Visa, UAE Visa)

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Global Visa processing and UAE Visa services along with proven experience in leading and managing a team.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, handling complex visa and ticketing requirements, and supporting the team in achieving operational and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the visa and ticketing team.
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
  • Ensure all applications, bookings, and customer requests are handled accurately and within deadlines.
  • Train and guide team members on visa procedures, ticketing systems, and company processes.
  • Monitor team targets, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational issues.

Global Visa Services

  • Manage and oversee global visa applications, including tourist, business, visit, and other relevant visa categories.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and processing timelines for major destinations.
  • Review visa applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle complex and sensitive visa cases and provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • Keep the team updated on changes in visa regulations, immigration requirements, and travel restrictions.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa centers, and relevant authorities when required.

UAE Visa Services

  • Have strong knowledge of UAE visa processes, including tourist, visit, and related visa services.
  • Handle visa applications, extensions, cancellations, status changes, and other relevant UAE immigration procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE immigration rules and company procedures.
  • Assist the team in resolving visa-related issues and customer escalations.

Customer Service & Sales Support

  • Understand customer travel requirements and recommend appropriate visa and travel solutions.
  • Support the sales team with visa and ticketing expertise.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service throughout the booking and visa process.
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional travel-related services.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with relevant team-lead or supervisory experience.
  • Strong expertise in Global Visa, UAE Visa, and Airline Ticketing.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team.
  • Strong knowledge of international visa requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, refunds, re-issues, and cancellations.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • UAE travel industry experience is highly preferred.
