Techno-Commercial Manager – Smart Solutions (ELV & AV)

Job Summary: The Techno-Commercial Manager will lead the end-to-end development, positioning, and delivery of smart solutions across ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and AV (Audio Visual) systems. This role bridges technical expertise with commercial strategy, ensuring competitive, compliant, and profitable solutions aligned with client requirements and organizational objectives.Key Accountabilities: 1. Techno-Commercial Strategy & SolutioningDevelop integrated smart solutions covering ELV systems (CCTV, access control, BMS, structured cabling, etc.) and AV solutions (conference systems, digital signage, control systems).Analyze client requirements, RFPs, and specifications to design optimized, cost-effective solutions.Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical compliance and innovation.2. Business Development & Client EngagementSupport sales teams in pre-sales activities including client presentations, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities in smart buildings, IoT, and integrated technology solutions.3. Commercial ManagementPrepare competitive techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and pricing strategies.Lead bid management processes including tender submissions, clarifications, and negotiations.Ensure profitability through cost optimization, value engineering, and risk assessment.4. Vendor & Partner ManagementEngage with OEMs and technology partners for solution development and pricing support.Evaluate and onboard new vendors aligned with emerging smart technologies.5.
