Role Description:

Position Summary - The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations. The position also assists with system installations, monitors data center infrastructure, coordinates with internal and third-party support teams, and maintains inventory of technology assets.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for IT equipment and systems within the logistics environment.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Distribution Center (DC) and Fulfillment Center (FC) associates requiring IT assistance.
  • Receive, track, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 incidents and service requests through walk-up support and ticketing systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to global support teams and subject matter experts when required.
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and deployment of new technology systems and services.
  • Monitor data center alarms and coordinate maintenance activities with third-party vendors, SSC, and Global Technology teams.
  • Support network connectivity, including Wi-Fi and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
  • Provide first-level preventive and corrective support for office printers and peripheral devices.
  • Act as a communication liaison between operations teams and technology support groups to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Manage and maintain technology asset inventory, including equipment tracking and lifecycle activities.
  • Support planned outages, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives while performing other assigned duties.
