Job Overview:

Tawasul ALSADA is hiring energetic and target-driven candidates for Telecalling, Telesales, and Outdoor Marketing roles in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, customer handling, and sales conversion. Candidates with prior telesales or telecalling experience are highly preferred.

Preferred Languages:

✅ Malayalam Preferred
✅ Tamil Preferred
✅ Telugu Preferred

Responsibilities:

✔ Make outbound calls to potential customers from leads
✔ Generate leads and client appointments from given leads
✔ Promote immigration, visa, PRO, and business setup services
✔ Conduct outdoor marketing and customer visits
✔ Follow up with clients through phone and WhatsApp
✔ Maintain customer records and lead status
✔ Support business growth through sales activities

Salary & Benefits:

6 - 12 months internship 500-700 AED + commissions

1 year contract internship 800 - 1000 AED + commissions

Basic Experience: AED 1,500 Starting Salary + AED 300 Commission for Each Successful Sale
Candidates with Minimum 2 Years Telesales / Telecalling Experience or Immigration/Business Setup/PRO/Documents Clearing/Typing: AED 2,000 Starting Salary + AED 300 Commission for Each Successful Sale
Salary Increase After 90 Days (3 Months): Up to AED 3,000 + AED 300 Commission for Each Successful Sale based on performance and evaluation

✔ Must have own valid UAE Residency Visa
✔ Emirates ID is mandatory
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Sales and target-oriented mindset
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
