Seib Insurance and Reinsurance - Qatar, a company of Chedid Capital Group, is looking for a Telemarketing Officer to join its growing team.

The Telemarketing

Officer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and converting potential clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the expansion of the retail portfolio. The incumbent is expected to promote and explain the company’s products and services, manage the end-to-end sales process, address customer inquiries and objections, and ensure clients are provided with suitable solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Describe products and services thoroughly.
  • Respond to all queries raised by customers as part of the sales process.
  • Identify and overcome customer objections as part of the sales pitch.
  • Take customers through the entire sales process and obtain their buy-in, ensuring they are fully informed and minimizing any potential conflict or mis-selling.
  • Obtain customer information at all times and ensure records are continuously updated and maintained accurately.
  • Explore new business opportunities by obtaining referrals and customer leads from existing and prospective clients.
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative targets, including new business generation, retention, line-of-business penetration, and conversion/hit ratios.
