We pride ourselves on high-quality service and outstanding customer satisfaction. To support our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Recruiter to assist in the recruitment process for a 6-month period (Extendable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the company, including customer service, maintenance, and operations teams.
  • Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on relevant job boards and platforms to attract top-tier talent.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the roles.
  • Coordination with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with department heads and managers to understand their hiring needs and ensure they are met promptly.
  • Interview Scheduling: Organize and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an efficient process.
  • Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers, negotiating compensation, and handling candidate queries related to the offer process.
  • Onboarding Support: Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and training are completed.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with recruitment reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment agencies).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and understanding of the local labor market.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or property management industries is a plus.
