The Tender Management Specialist leads the bidding process for Deloitte in Qatar, acting as a critical bilingual expert to ensure all tender submissions are compliant, complete, and timely. This role manages the full tender lifecycle, primarily on the Monaqasat portal and other key sources, providing customized checklists and logistical support to internal bid teams. Conduct daily scans of the Monaqasat portal and other relevant sources to identify bidding opportunities.Review and summarize tender notices in both Arabic and English for leadership teams.Route opportunities promptly to the relevant Portfolio or Service Line Leads.Maintain the Master Bid Tracker from opportunity identification through to final submission.Provide customized compliance checklists to bid teams to ensure error-free submissions.Manage the logistics for bid bonds, performance bonds, and necessary corporate certificates.Oversee all Monaqasat portal activities, including uploads, official submissions, and queries.Coordinate final bid assembly, ensuring correct formatting, indexing, and adherence to technical and financial separation requirements.Set and enforce internal deadlines and secure proof of submission for archiving.Manage post-submission clarifications, coordinate responses, and support clarification meetings.
