Tender Management Tool Administrator (f/m/d)

  • Tool Administration
  • oversee and manage logistics software tools and ensure they are up to date and effective
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on freight forwarding tools
  • Collaborate with IT and external vendors for tool enhancement and troubleshooting
  • Configure and maintain the freight management tool to meet the operational needs of the tender team
  • Data Analysis
  • Collect and analyse tender data to identify trends and anomalies
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using the Tender app, Excel, and Power BI to provide visibility into key logistics metrics
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements
  • Optimize freight forwarding processes to improve efficiency
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the master data entered the system
  • Reporting and Documentation
  • Generate regular reports on logistics performance and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
  • Document standard operating procedures for logistics processes and tool usage
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to freight management
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into logistics performance
  • What you will bring
  • You successfully finished your studies on a higher educational level (ideally a degree in business administration, economics, logistics)
  • You speak and write English fluently, additional languages are a plus
  • You already gained a minimum 3 years of working experience, and ideally a minimum of 1 year in the industry
  • Proven experience in administrating logistics tools and systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, including creating and managing dashboards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
