Job Overview:
Dubai Airports is actively seeking highly resilient, decisive Terminal Operations Officers to command passenger flow and facility management across the world's busiest international transit hub (DXB). You will be the primary authority on the concourse floor, responsible for neutralizing bottlenecks, coordinating emergency responses, and ensuring a flawless passenger experience during extreme operational peaks.

What You Actually Need (Requirements):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related operational field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in high-volume airport operations, massive retail, or event logistics.
  • Exceptional crisis management skills and the ability to make rapid, authoritative decisions under pressure.
  • Flawless English communication; active fluency in Arabic or Mandarin is highly preferred.
  • Physical stamina to manage continuous 12-hour walking shifts and rotating 24/7 rosters.

Your Daily Reality (Responsibilities):
  • Commanding the physical floor, managing massive passenger volumes, and preventing queue bottlenecks at immigration and security checkpoints.
  • Responding instantly to terminal crises, coordinating with Dubai Police, paramedics, and airline representatives.
  • Monitoring all physical terminal assets (e-gates, baggage carousels, FIDS) and dispatching rapid maintenance teams for any failures.
  • Executing effective crowd control strategies during severe flight delays or weather-related diversions.
