The role converts complex workforce, salary, market, and organizational data into practical recommendations for pay reviews, promotions, workforce planning, and policy development. By improving digital tools, reporting infrastructure, and automated workflows, the analyst will help strengthen consistency, compliance, efficiency, and transparency across the Total Rewards function.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild advanced analytics solutions for compensation planning, pay equity reviews, salary positioning, and attrition-related cost forecasting.Develop interactive dashboards and self-service reports that give stakeholders timely access to Total Rewards predictive modelling and AI-assisted analysis to identify workforce cost trends, compensation gaps, and emerging risks.Create and maintain automated templates, digital tools, and workflow solutions that reduce manual processing.Use robotic process automation and AI-supported systems to improve recurring Total Rewards activities.Strengthen HR data infrastructure by improving data collection, integration, validation, and governance practices.Support the design and enhancement of salary, benefits, incentive, and recognition programs.Conduct market benchmarking and interpret external compensation data to support competitive pay decisions.Manage annual salary survey participation through approved digital platforms and data-submission processes.Produce clear recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, allowances, and other operational rewards cases.Review Total Rewards policies and monitor alignment with statutory, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.Maintain compliance tracking across countries where Al-Futtaim organizational design work, including structural reviews, role analysis, and job evaluation using the HAY methodology.Partner with HRIS and Employee Services teams to identify system improvements and automation opportunities.Coordinate Total Rewards requirements with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or comparable HCM with rewards integration during mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring.Support compensation data migration, validation, and reconciliation during system or business integration projects.Prepare analysis and presentations for senior stakeholders using information from multiple internal and external sources.Identify process weaknesses and lead practical digital transformation initiatives within the Total Rewards function.Maintain accurate documentation covering methodologies, models, assumptions, policy decisions, and reporting controls.Ideal ProfileThe successful candidate will hold a bachelor 's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Applicants should have at least five years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or a closely related Human Resources function. Practical involvement in salary benchmarking, pay review cycles, job evaluation, compensation modelling, and policy analysis is expected. Advanced Microsoft Excel capability is essential, including complex formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, charts, macros, VBA, and financial or workforce data modelling. Experience with Power BI or Tableau is required, while working knowledge of SQL and data-query techniques will be valuable. Familiarity with HRIS or HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is important. Professional credentials such as Certified Compensation Professional or Global Remuneration Professional would strengthen the application. The role requires strong analytical judgment, careful problem-solving, and the ability to combine information from several systems into clear recommendations.
