<p><strong>Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst</strong></p><p><br></p><p>📍 <strong>Doha, Qatar | Freelance Contract</strong></p><p><strong>Experience: 2–4 years</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented <strong>Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst</strong> to support compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives, ensuring competitive and consistent reward practices across the organization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Support compensation and benefits analysis and related HR projects.</li><li>Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to assess competitiveness.</li><li>Analyze salary structures, job levels, pay ranges, and compensation data.</li><li>Support annual compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and incentive processes.</li><li>Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.</li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential compensation and employee data.</li><li>Support the development and implementation of total rewards policies and practices.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on compensation-related matters.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance</strong>, or a related field.</li><li><strong>2–4 years of relevant experience</strong> in compensation, benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics.</li><li>Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent <strong>Arabic and English</strong> communication skills — both written and spoken.</li><li>Strong Excel and data analysis skills.</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.</li><li>Proactive, organized, and able to plan and prioritize effectively.</li></ul><p><br></p>
