Job Title: Treasury Analyst

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Treasury

Location: Southern California - within an hour drive of Goleta, CA or Westlake Village, CA

The Role

As a Treasury Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Treasury department. You'll be responsible for global cash management, cash positioning, forecasting, liquidity reporting, bank account administration, and supporting foreign exchange activities.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, banking partners, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant treasury operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Impact

  • Monitor global bank account activity, daily cash balances, and liquidity positions; prepare daily cash positioning and treasury reporting
  • Execute and support funds transfers, treasury payments, investment transactions, and other cash movement activities
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, perform variance analysis, and investigate banking or transaction discrepancies
  • Support global bank account administration, including account openings and closures, signer updates, KYC requests, banking portal administration, and user access reviews
  • Coordinate with banking partners, internal stakeholders, and legal counsel to support account maintenance, documentation, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Support Treasury and Risk Management close activities, including accruals, invoice processing, reconciliations, schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Support foreign exchange activities, including exposure data gathering, trade settlement coordination, hedge documentation, and reporting
  • Prepare recurring treasury reports, dashboards, and analyses related to cash management, liquidity, debt, investments, and foreign exchange
  • Support treasury controls, SOX compliance activities, audit requests, and process improvement initiatives
  • Participate in treasury projects and other strategic initiatives as needed

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred
  • Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, banking, accounting, financial services, or a related field
  • Experience supporting cash management, cash positioning, forecasting, banking operations, liquidity reporting, treasury controls, and/or foreign exchange activities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare treasury reports, reconciliations, close schedules, variance analysis, and supporting documentation
  • Experience administering bank accounts, banking portals, user access, entitlements, KYC documentation, and SOX controls preferred
  • Exposure to foreign exchange operations, trade settlement, hedge documentation, and FX reporting preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet recurring deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, accuracy, and follow-through
  • Valid California Driver's License and ability to travel occasionally, as required
