OME Real Estate is expanding and is currently seeking ambitious and experienced Real Estate Agents who are native speakers of Turkish to join our growing team in Dubai.

This opportunity is exclusively for candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market. If you have a proven track record in sales, client management, and property transactions, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert property leads into successful transactions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
  • Conduct property viewings and consultations
  • Advise clients on Dubai real estate market trends and opportunities
  • Negotiate and close property sales and rental transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

RequirementsMandatory Requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Turkish.
  • English is a must.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • Currently based in the UAE
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
