1. QC Inspector (Aluminium Extrusion)

Job Description

The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting aluminium extrusion profiles, ensuring product quality, conducting dimensional inspections, and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect aluminium extrusion products.
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections.
  • Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.
  • Prepare quality reports and inspection records.
  • Identify defects and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

Requirements

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or related field.
  • 2–5 years of QC experience in Aluminium Extrusion.
  • Ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection tools.
