Role Description This full-time remote role focuses on VIP customer service for UAE-based users through back-office chat and email, primarily supporting live streaming products. The role involves responding promptly and professionally to VIP user inquiries, resolving issues related to accounts, payments, and platform features, and handling escalations with care and accuracy.

Team members will monitor VIP user activity, provide proactive support to enhance engagement, and coordinate with internal teams to report technical issues or service feedback. The position also includes maintaining detailed records of interactions, following established service workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer experience.:

Qualifications:
