Teleo, a Havoc company, is a robotics company that transforms construction heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, excavators, and trucks, into autonomous robots for commercial and defense applications. Our technology enables a single operator to supervise and control multiple machines simultaneously, delivering significant productivity gains while improving operator safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire customer journey following contract execution, including onboarding, deployment planning, and commissioning.
  • Lead customer success initiatives, building long-term relationships and monitoring health metrics to ensure ROI.
  • Design and build scalable systems, processes, and tools for global deployment.
  • Establish deployment KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, and capacity planning.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead world-class teams across deployment operations, program management, and customer success.
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence product direction and operational strategy.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in deployment operations, customer operations, or field operations.
  • Proven track record leading customer-facing operational organizations.
  • Experience managing complex deployments involving hardware, software, and networking.
  • Ability to build scalable operational processes and organizations.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in construction, mining, logistics, or heavy equipment industries.
  • Experience deploying technology onto heavy equipment (telematics, autonomy systems, etc.).
  • Familiarity with major equipment manufacturers like Caterpillar, Komatsu, or John Deere.
  • Experience scaling customer operations within robotics or industrial automation companies.
  • Prior leadership role in a venture-backed or high-growth technology company.
