The Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator / Stock Controller / Logistics Executive to oversee warehouse administration, coordinate inventory operations, and support logistics activities across the supply chain.

This part-time remote opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong analytical and coordination skills. You will work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless material flow while supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily warehouse administration, inventory control, and logistics operations to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory transactions, and material movements while maintaining accurate warehouse records.
  • Support receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment activities.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics providers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and inventory availability.
  • Maintain inventory documentation, warehouse reports, logistics records, and operational databases.
  • Conduct inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
  • Analyze warehouse and logistics performance data while recommending process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Prepare operational reports, inventory analyses, and logistics performance updates for management.
  • Lead, mentor, and support operational teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, workplace safety, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, logistics operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management, stock control, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse procedures, procurement coordination, and distribution processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems, inventory reporting, logistics performance monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Proficiency in preparing inventory reports, maintaining warehouse documentation, and coordinating operational activities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fully remote and project-based work environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
