We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Team Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Execute tasks as directed by Warehouse Supervisors and Managers.
  • Organize, prioritize, and assign daily workload based on operational demand and customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, both verbally and in writing.
  • Accurately receive, label, and store all incoming shipments.
  • Print and apply labels to inbound and outbound boxes and packages as needed.
  • Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and audits to maintain 100% inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure all documentation and system data are accurate and up to date.
  • Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and health regulations within the warehouse and product handling areas.
  • Keep inventory records well-organized and precise.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Flexible availability Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
  • Able to work 8-hour shifts on a daily basis.
  • Capable of lifting and handling packages up to 50 lbs (occasionally heavier).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or operations-related role.
  • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Quick to learn and adaptable to evolving systems and workflows.
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset with leadership potential.
  • Bilingual fluency in Chinese and English is an asset, due to the customer-facing nature of the role.
