Warehouse &Sore Manager for Well Known Lubricant Co. in UAE

Job Summary The Warehouse and Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and stores including the receipt storage inventory control and dispatch of raw materials finished goods and consumables. The role ensures efficient inventory management compliance with safety standards and effective team supervision to support the overall supply chain. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
Supervise receiving storing and dispatching of goods. Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials. Maintain FIFO and/or FEFO systems for inventory rotation. Optimize space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency. Able to manage 4-5 warehouses.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records through ERP or manual systems. Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits. Identify and resolve stock discrepancies. Minimize stock damage obsolescence and pilferage.
Store Management
Oversee issuing of raw materials and consumables to production. Maintain proper documentation (issue slips GRNs returns etc.). Ensure traceability of materials and finished goods.
Team Management
Manage train and evaluate warehouse and store personnel. Schedule staff shifts and assign duties. Enforce discipline and ensure productivity.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to company safety policies and UAE legal requirements. Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse and stores. Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily weekly and monthly stock and movement reports. Coordinate with procurement production quality control and logistics teams. Escalate shortages excesses or quality issues promptly.
Qualifications & Skills Education
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
Experience
Minimum 8 years in warehouse/store management including 5 years as Manger Role preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory systems (ERP WMS). 1-Leadership and team management skills. 2 Good understanding of health & safety standards. 3- Analytical and problem-solving abilities. 4- Effective communication and documentation skills.
