Water Meter Inspector - SEWA

Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) is searching for reliable Water Meter Inspectors to collect usage data from homes and commercial shops to generate correct utility bills.

Daily Field Work:
  • Travel to assigned streets and buildings every day to check the utility boxes outside houses.
  • Type the exact numbers shown on the dials into a handheld digital recording device.
  • Report any broken pipes, leaking connections, or damaged safety seals to the main maintenance office immediately.
  • Answer simple questions from residents about their monthly reading schedules in a friendly manner.
Rules for Selection:
  • Background: At least 1 to 2 years of experience doing outdoor field work, delivery, or data collection in the UAE.
  • Skills: You must know how to observe details carefully and type numbers without making errors.
  • Status: Having a valid UAE driving license is a big advantage to help you cover larger residential areas easily.
