Wholesale Account Executive Karen Wazen CollectionWe are looking for a Wholesale Account Executive to join our team full-time and support the growth of Karen Wazen Collection's global wholesale presence. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, and ambitious individual with experience or interest in sales, wholesale operations, and account coordination, particularly within the fashion or accessories space.You will assist in managing existing wholesale partnerships, coordinating day-to-day operations, and supporting the expansion of our retail footprint across key markets. Working closely with our internal teams, you will help ensure a seamless and professional experience for our wholesale partners.Key ResponsibilitiesWholesale Support & CoordinationAssist with the coordination of wholesale orders, product deliveries, and client communications.Support in maintaining strong relationships with existing wholesale clients through timely updates and clear communication.Prepare seasonal product materials and line sheets for sales appointments and outreach.Business Development SupportResearch and identify potential wholesale leads across boutiques, concept stores, and online platforms.Help organize outreach initiatives to introduce the brand to new markets.Maintain and update the wholesale CRM and contact database.Sales Administration & ReportingTrack and process orders, invoices, and shipping information in coordination with operations and finance.Generate and analyze wholesale sales reports, including order volume, sell-through rates, and partner performance.Monitor stock levels and sell-through performance across wholesale partners to ensure optimal replenishment and timely action on underperforming SKUs.Identify best-selling products and low-performing items; recommend adjustments in stock allocation, reorders, or markdowns accordingly.Work closely with partners to review their inventory data and sell-out performance, ensuring alignment with brand sales objectives.Collaborate with the Wholesale Manager to develop data-driven strategies to improve partner sales and sell-through efficiency.Analytics & InsightsMaintain dashboards to track KPIs such as sell-through, regional performance, and seasonal trends.Use sales data to support forecasting, production planning, and restock decisions.Share insights regularly with internal teams (Marketing / Logistics / Product Development) to align wholesale strategy with consumer demand.Support in preparing quarterly business reviews for key partners, summarizing performance, opportunities, and action points.Market ResearchMonitor competitor activity, market trends, and product positioning across regions.Support the wholesale manager with insights and summaries to inform strategy and product planning.Cross-Department CollaborationWork closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer care teams to ensure timely and smooth partner support.Help prepare materials needed for brand presentations, events, and showroom appointments.Key Qualifications23 years of experience in wholesale or sales positions.Interest in the eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle industry.Strong communication and organizational skills.Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting tools.Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage timelines.Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Based in Dubai, with flexibility to travel for regional market visits or events, if required.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
