Women’s Consumer Product Sourcing
We are building a TikTok-first sales network for consumer products in the UAE and looking for someone with hands-on experience in product sourcing, e-commerce, social commerce, buying, merchandising, wholesale or supplier development. The role is project based and requires to find promising women’s consumer products and the UAE retailers, e-commerce sellers, importers, distributors, wholesalers or suppliers behind them, especially businesses with good products but weak marketing, limited online sales or poor social-selling execution. You should understand what women in the UAE are buying, what price points work, what is gaining attention on TikTok, Instagram and major e-commerce marketplaces, and where good products are still underexposed or poorly sold. Relevant categories include beauty, skincare, modest fashion, Islamic lifestyle products, gifts, accessories and other women’s lifestyle products. We are especially interested in products that can be demonstrated, compared, styled or shown solving a clear problem through short-form video and Live selling. What you need to be good at - Finding products with strong commercial and social-selling potential - Understanding women’s consumer products, social-media trends, audience behaviour and selling angles - Identifying suppliers or sellers with good products but weak marketing or limited online reach - Checking pricing, competition, reviews, stock, margins and sourcing options - Finding relevant UAE retailers, e-commerce sellers, importers, distributors, wholesalers and suppliers - Finding the right contacts, conducting outreach and following up - Negotiating pricing, MOQ or other commercial terms - Keeping research, contacts and responses organized and supported with real evidence Existing UAE retailer, supplier, distributor or e-commerce relationships, or access to clearance, excess or slow-moving inventory, are a strong advantage. Applicants must currently live in the UAE and have hands-on knowledge of the UAE consumer, retail or e-commerce market. Paid project Shortlisted applicants start with a AED 150–200 paid project covering approximately 5 product opportunities and outreach to around 50 relevant UAE businesses. Please apply only if this project scope and payment range are relevant to you. Strong candidates can move into repeat project work covering product discovery, sourcing, outreach and partner acquisition, with possible bonuses for strong opportunities or supplier relationships. This is a mostly work-from-home, project-based role. Applicants based in the UAE must already be eligible to work under an appropriate work permit, work card or freelance arrangement. No visa sponsorship is provided.
